First day of Preschool!

Cooper was up, dressed, shoes and all and ready to go at 7:30--too bad school doesn't start until 9! :) Here he is posing with Avery.......and just posing!

Coop hung up his backpack, put his snack in the snack basket and got right to work with the play dough. He is in the Rainbow class--the 3 year olds. He had a great day!

First day of second grade!

Avery started her first day of 2nd grade today. She was very excited--and a little apprehensive. She said "I still feel like a 1st grader."

It has been a long time since I posted. I have too many pictures from summer to post here, so I will send a link to family to a website where you can look at all of them. I promise to be better!

Swim!

Cooper took swim lessons which he was not too thrilled about as you can see...He didn't enjoy them and ended up missing several of them due to thunderstorms or refusal! However, at the pool for fun, he LOVES the water. He has no fear and has been swimming and jumping with his swim vest on. Just over the past few days he has started swimming without his vest and is doing really well.

Avery is on swim team for our neighborhood--Eagle Harbor. She has started practice over the past few weeks and today was her first meet. She swam backstroke and freestyle and did really well. It was an away meet--long drive out to the beach and a lot of waiting around in the hot sun. The next several meets are here at home, so that will be better for her (and me!)

Baby Mallory Arrives!

My beautiful niece arrived on June 1st. 5 weeks early, but a healthy 6 lbs, 1 oz. I am so excited and cannot wait to get my hands on her!! Congratulations Adrianne & Mike!!!

Field Day

Avery is in end-of-the-year mode with school winding down. She finishes up on Wed. June 9th. On Friday she had a field day. All fun competition mostly boys vs. girls :)

Daisy party

Avery had her end of the year party for Daisy Girl Scouts at the pool. The girls bridged to Brownies for next year.

Adrianne's Baby Shower

We had a Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Baby Shower for Adrianne. It was a great afternoon! Adrianne's friends and family spoiled the new little baby! Adrianne looked great :)
